To access the platform, participants must have with them:
- accreditation badge
- Passport (identity document)
The badge is personal, its transfer to third parties is prohibited.
The participant's badge and an identity document (passport) must be kept with you throughout the entire stay at the Congress venue. The badge must be worn in a visible place.
In case of loss or damage to the badge, the participant must contact any accreditation desk or Help Desk. Then, based on a written application from the owner, the lost badge is blocked and a duplicate is issued.
WHAT MUST BE DONE TO ORDER A badge?
In the Personal Account:
| 1 | Confirm participation in Congress after receiving an invitation |
| 2 | Fully specify personal information according to passport data |
| 3 | Upload a valid badge photo |
| 4 | Upload a scan of your passport (pages 2 and 3) |
Data processing takes from 3 days.
If changes have been made to the identity document (passport) since the application for participation was filled out, it is necessary to edit the data in the Personal Account.

HOW TO FIND OUT IF THE BEG IS READY?
You can get information about the readiness of the badge in one of the following ways:
- email notification
- badge readiness mark in Personal account
- call to the information center: +74952210867
- call to a specialist from the Roscongress Foundation, whose contacts are listed in Personal account to the right of the photo
HOW TO GET A badge?
When issuing a badge, the accreditation operator compares the data specified in the application for participation with the presented document. In case of data mismatch, issuing a badge on the day of application will be impossible.
Receiving in person
To obtain a participant's badge in person, you must present:
- Identity document (passport), the details of which are specified in Personal account
- Original consent for personal data processing
Receiving by power of attorney
To obtain a badge of another participant by power of attorney, the authorized person must present:
- Passport
- Original power of attorney of the established form
- List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)
- Copies of participant passports (will be returned after badges are issued)
- Original consents for personal data processing
