Services

The participation of the professional community in the Congress is provided within the quotas assigned to organizations by the Coordination Committee. Organizations that hold quotas form delegations of young scientists who will participate in the Congress.

Representatives of the professional community participating in the Congress within the quota will be provided with services by the organizers of the Congress. Participants outside the quota who have submitted individual applications for participation will also be able to use the services, but some of them will be available only on a paid basis.

Flight

The flight to Sochi and back is paid by all participants independently.

Accommodation

During the Congress, representatives of the professional community participating within the quota are provided with free accommodation in double and triple rooms in hotels in close proximity to the venue. Breakfast is included in the accommodation. Information about accommodation will be indicated in Personal account.

Participants outside the quota will be able to use the hotel accommodation service on a paid basis. Detailed information is posted in the section "Services – Hotel Accommodation".

Transportation

Participants of the V Young Scientists Congress can rent an accredited car. Detailed information is posted in the section "How to get there – Transport rental".

During the Young Scientists Congress, free regular shuttles will operate for all participants.

The shuttle schedule will be posted on the website closer to the dates of the Congress.

Nutrition

At the Congress venue, a coffee break zone with free catering services will be organized, as well as paid cafes and a restaurant.

For representatives of the professional community participating within the quota, a free lunch is provided. Information about meals will be indicated in Personal account.

Participants of the Congress can use the hotel booking service.

Please note that we have a limited quota of rooms in hotels on the federal territory of "Sirius" and the city of Sochi, therefore priority in confirming accommodation will be given to earlier requests. The pricing policy, minimum booking period, and cancellation conditions are set by the hotel facilities and cannot be changed.

In case of need for assistance in placement, participants can form an application for in reference or send an application indicating the desired hotel, number of rooms, last name, first name and patronymic of guests, dates of stay to the email: bookingkmu@roscongress.org.
