Receive an invitation
Your participation application will be reviewed by the Coordinating Committee. Once the application is approved, the participant will be sent a letter with an invitation and login details for the personal account.
The application review period is different for each participant. The Coordinating Committee may refuse to provide an invitation without explanation.
Confirm your participation
After receiving an invitation, confirm your participation in your personal account.
In your personal account, you can edit your personal information and learn about the procedure for providing services.
Processing of personal data
To verify your data and receive accreditation for the event, please upload a scanned copy of your passport and a photo when completing the registration form.
Before buying plane tickets and booking a hotel, please check the status of your participation in the event in your personal account. If you are planning your trip in advance, we recommend purchasing refundable tickets and carefully reviewing the cancellation terms of your hotel reservation.
Visa support
Foreign Congress participants will be provided with visa support and the opportunity to obtain a short-term visa.
