The cost of transportation services includes:

vehicle rental with driver
vehicle and driver accreditation
all gas and car wash expenses
disinfection and treatment of the vehicle in accordance with the recommendations and standards of Rospotrebnadzor of Russia, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
round-the-clock communication with the dispatcher and consulting the participant on vehicle and driver operation issues.

To apply for a car rental, the participant needs to go to the "My Events" section of the Unified Personal Account (ULC) and select "V Congress of Young Scientists". Then go to the "My Participation" section and fill out the rental application in the "Transport Rental" section, after which send it to the email address: autobookingkmu@roscongress.org.

Personal vehicle accreditation

All Congress participants can accredit their personal car for travel to Sirius University. You can familiarize yourself with the conditions, as well as submit an application for the accreditation of your personal car and drivers in the "Personal Car Accreditation" section Personal account.

Applications are closed on November 27, 2025.

Accredited transport has the right of access:

to the passenger boarding/disembarkation area at the main entrance to the Scientific and Technological University "Sirius" (Checkpoint 1)
to designated parking lots in close proximity to the Congress venue
to boarding/drop-off zones at hotels involved in serving Congress participants
to the landing/disembarkation zones at the venues of the cultural program events within the Congress.

The issuance of transport passes and driver's badges will be carried out at the accreditation point at the Omega Sirius Hotel (Olympic Avenue, 3) according to the schedule:

November 24 (10:00–22:00)
November 25 (10:00–22:30)
November 26–27 (07:30–19:00)
November 28 (07:30–15:00)
